- Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and medical equipment in clinical environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with clarity and thorough documentation.
- Maintain and inspect systems through routine updates, virus scans, and equipment checks to ensure uptime and compliance.
- Install and configure devices, from PCs to networking hardware, with precision and adherence to process.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to escalate complex issues, following structured resolution paths.
- Maintain accurate service records, asset tracking, and documentation according to organizational standards.
- Support inventory management by organizing stock, ordering parts, and tracking usage trends.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control standards while working in healthcare environments.
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvement discussions to deepen technical knowledge and refine workflows.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
