Dundee Bank is seeking talented Commercial Credit Analysts who exhibit exceptional teamwork, adept multitasking, and a proven track record of delivering results. Working closely with our Commercial Loan Officers, our priority is to meet the diverse needs of our borrowers. We strive to build new relationships and strengthen existing customer bonds by offering responsive, personable, and friendly service.
- Evaluate financial data for new and existing loans, utilizing information from credit bureau reports, tax returns, and financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of both business and personal financial statements and tax returns.
- Collaborate with loan officers to compile spreadsheets, reports, summaries, and evaluations for the bank regarding new and maturing loans.
- Maintain consistent adherence to the bank's underwriting principles and methodologies, following established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly update and review both new and existing loan files.
- Provide support for ongoing activities such as covenant testing, loan reviews, borrowing base certificate tracking, portfolio monitoring, and appraisal reviews.
- Offer technical guidance and assistance to loan officers, including advice on loan structuring and ensuring precise credit assessments.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge in economics, finance, and business operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for clear and effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Attentiveness to detail, organizational prowess, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks, demonstrating initiative and the drive to excel.
- Effective collaboration skills, adept at managing multiple projects and resources to achieve objectives within established timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
- Strong understanding of fundamental financial analysis techniques.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
