Responsibilities:
- Hold yourself accountable for your responsibilities on your shift
- Be available to work night, weekend, and holiday hours
- Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- Deliver operational excellence to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow brand standards and systems to deliver quality food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and neat workstation
- Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
- Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
- Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies
Qualifications:
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- Guest-focused with the ability to anticipate and understand guests' needs
