- 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- SHRM-SCP, CP certification
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
