We're seeking friendly, energetic, and dedicated team members to join our Dunkin' crew in Philadelphia! As a Morning Shift Team Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests start their day off right.
*Available Shifts:*
- 4:30 AM - 11:00 AM
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
*Responsibilities:*
- Prepare delicious Dunkin' menu items, including coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches
- Operate our point-of-sale system to efficiently process orders
- Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns with a smile
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Dunkin' quality and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
*Requirements:*
- Previous experience in the food industry or quick service/fast food restaurant preferred
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
