What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Store Manager position at Dunn Brothers Coffee?
Dunn Brothers Coffee is looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented leader to help lead our team. Our franchise business owns multiple Dunn Brothers locations in the metro area and we are looking to add to our team. As the Assistant Manager, you will be working at one of the metro’s best coffee shops and working with the best crew and customers you can imagine!
Our locations are full service coffee shops with a full food menu. If you know our brand, you know we roast coffee in our store and provide the best coffee experience in the market.
The Assistant Manager is charged with the following:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing the day to day cash position and reconciliation when the store manager is not available
- Assist in training new associates on “the Dunn Bros way” as well as implementing new product training as necessary
- Ensuring all company and labor policies are followed
- Work with the store manager on ordering and fulfillment
- Rolling up your sleeves and working the floor with your team
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A passion for exceeding customers’ expectations and proven experience in a leadership role delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry
- Proven ability to problem solve and think on the fly
