We are seeking to fill the position of FP&A Analyst. This is an exempt, full-time, on-site position located at our Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL, reporting to the FP&A Director.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis, providing strategic insights, and supporting business decision-making processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Help develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Provide detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance metrics.
- Assist in compiling and consolidating data from cross-functional partners for accurate financial reporting.
- Help prepare clear, concise reporting decks and presentations highlighting key findings and recommendations for senior management.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes, automate routine tasks, and improve data integrity.
- Execute ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and guide decision making.
Qualifications And Experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis or a similar finance function.
- Experience at a publicly traded company is a plus
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, in person office environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Work environment is indoors, in a clean, well-lighted office environment that is temperature controlled.
