As a Residential Lending Servicer II Associate you will contribute to our success by:
- Taking responsibility for the management of all mortgage accounts after they have funded/closed.
- Paying all relevant vendors, reconcile bills, perform tax analysis, ensure accurate and timely account updates, conduct escrow documentation and more.
- Cultivating and expanding Member relationships, over the phone.
- Performing financial transactions with accuracy and in accordance with all pertinent processes, procedures, and/or regulations.
- Sharing your experience, successes and failures as a mean to motivate, encourage and inspire your fellow Team Members.
What you will bring to the team-
- 2 years of administrative or financial services experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of mortgage servicing experience
- College degree (a plus)

Work schedule within a 40 hour work week:
Monday- Thursday 8:30-5:00, Friday 8:30-6:00pm with rotating Saturdays 8:30-1:00pm
