What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automation Consultant position at DuPont Clinic?
The DuPont Clinic is a referral center for ultrasound-guided abortion procedures, primarily for management of abnormal and high-risk pregnancies. We provide the highest level of medical care and an experience focused on the needs of each patient. The DuPont Clinic provides care to people with complex medical situations who would otherwise have difficulty obtaining abortion care. The Automation Consultant will work with the DuPont team to improve the data use in Quickbase and connectivity between Quickbase and other systems. They must possess strong programming and organizational skills. The Automation Consultant must have creativity, flexibility, initiative, and be strongly supportive of a person’s right to control their own body.
Essential Duties:
- Understands programming in Quickbase
- Improves the apps used in Quickbase and work with team members to improve data quality and ease of use through automation.
- Creates integrations between systems, including message application, data input sources, and other input and output data system
- Prioritizes and follows through on projects to successful completion
- Able to travel to DC periodically
- Actively demonstrates, promotes, and supports a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience with database programming
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and other information.
- Strong commitment to bodily autonomy
- Experience working within the healthcare industry (preferred)
