This branch is currently piloting a new service delivery model featuring innovative interactive teller technology (Personal Teller Machines). Job Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for providing exceptional service through the use of audio and video communications tools to build trusted relationships and identify opportunities to impact the financial wellness of our members. The PTM Member Representative will serve as a resource and ambassador for introducing the membership to a new and innovative way to do their banking!

This position is responsible for providing an engaging environment and an exceptional impression for all members while processing all member requests via our PTM channel. Routine transactions at the PTM include, but are not limited to; deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing. They will effectively make referrals for credit union products, educate members, promote the use of alternative service delivery channels and services and may also assist members in our contact center as needed. This position will perform service requests with attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures while providing guided and engaging instructions to assist members through various transactions.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. This individual will possess the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work as part of a team to promote an efficient and effective workflow. Prior retail sales and call center experience is preferred. They will also have demonstrated excellent communication skills and a strong passion for exceptional service.
