Major Responsibilities:
Merchandise Coca-Cola products in assigned accounts by stocking and rotating our beverages including shelving, displays, racks, and coolers
Build or take down displays as needed
Condense all back stock prior to leaving an account
Communicate with the sales team daily regarding low or out of stock items, product rotation, display activity, back stock, and missing point of sale
Provide relief sales of assigned accounts as needed
Follow Company safety guidelines and always comply with safe working procedures
Maintain auto insurance, mileage reporting, and servicing of vehicle per the Company Vehicle Use Policy, whether operating a Company provided vehicle or a personally owned vehicle
Additional:
The role will travel to various customer sites, as a result each environment will vary.
Extensive regional day travel is required with this role.
To accomplish tasks, the position will need to work around a variety of weather environments (i.e. sun, rain, sleet, rain, snow, excessive cold & heat).
This position is very active and requires constant standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, and spend their time both on the customer floor and in their back room(s). As a result, they should expect a fast-paced production environment and will frequently lift and/or move items up to 65 pounds. (Moving equipment and tools will be provided to reduce strains and injury.)
The role is expected to be able to lift and carry 65 lbs. repetitively. Must be able to lift weight above shoulders and below waist. Must be able to push and pull a manual pallet jack with a pallet of product on level and sloped surfaces moving pallets weighing up to 2,600 lbs. Must be able to push and pull beverage carts weighing up to 1,000 lbs. on level and sloped surfaces.
The role will have occasional to frequent twisting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, sitting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and will be required.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work hours: 5:00am 7:00am start until routes are complete, Monday through Friday. (Start times may vary slightly according to route assignment.)
Additional or alternative days/times may be occasionally needed, depending on customer and/or promotional campaign including holidays.

Valid drivers license (no major traffic violations and no more than 2 minor violations in the last 3 years)
Ability to pass physical exam and obtain certification
Ability to follow directions

Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is an essential job function
Excellent customer service communication skills to interact with customers.
