Pay Scale: Starting at $14.00 and up based on experience with 1% commission of gross

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the parts sales process from guest inquiry to finding the part to invoicing the guest.
- Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
- Complete special-order part request for any parts that need to be ordered for the guest.
- Communicate with guest on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership.
- Processing returns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Communicate with staff and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Mandatory attendance to the yearly parts inventory held in November.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to industry.
Qualifications
- Experience with auto parts sales required.
- People focused and obsessed with providing great guest service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient with computer skills is required
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably.
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop occasionally.
