Dutch Gold Honey is a Lancaster, PA-based leader in process manufacturing and distribution of quality branded and private label honey & maple syrup to retailers, food service, and bulk industrial customers.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for various customer service-related functions to support the company’s overall sales program. As a CSR, you will need to quickly analyze customer concerns and needs in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Able to develop strong relationships and foster a positive company image.
- Knowledge of inventory control, logistics/routing and understand customer concerns and needs.
- Process customer purchase orders, credit card payments and communicate via phone, email, fax or in person.
- Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, shipping, and inventory availability.
- Excellent communication with internal departments, warehouse, sales, and staff.
- Ability to support customers in their use of a web-based ordering system.
- Provide support to a growing customer service staff
Requirements of Position:
- 5 years of CSR Experience in a fast-paced office
- Previous use of ERP system and Sales Order, Invoicing, and Inventory modules.
- Familiar with ERP systems, Microsoft, SAP or Sage.
- Demonstrate experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and follow through skills are imperative.
- Self-motivated, team player, able to multi-task, and demonstrate your attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively within a team framework, but also be able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
