Job Summary
Provides administrative oversight and supervision of all Teen Parent drop-out prevention and intervention programs for the Office of Student Discipline and Support Services. Collaborates with the Executive Director to provide oversight and supervision of the district initiatives. Assists in oversight and supervision of other programs under the Office of Student Discipline and Support Services.
Essential Functions
1. Coordinates, on a county-wide basis, all administrative and programmatic components and activities of office initiatives.
2. Develops, updates, and monitors instructional and program design of office initiatives.
3. Collaborates with Student Discipline and Support Services leadership to provide administrative oversight and supervision of office initiatives, including Teen Parent, behavior/mental health, and ATOSS.
4. Provides oversight for contracted services for dropout prevention and retrieval.
5. Updates, revises, distributes, and/or oversees revisions to office program policies, procedures, and associated Handbooks.
6. Prepares and submits program progress reports to senior management and the School Board.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in program management or school leadership.
Certifications & Licenses: Florida Teaching Certificate
