We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Front desk reception, greet customers and staff, answer and triage phones with high level customer service
· Assist the Accounting department with projects
· Maintain an extremely high level of discretion and confidentiality
· Data entry with our New Construction projects
· Support and abide by the values of the company
Other duties as assigned

Experience:
· 2 years experience in a similar capacity
· Excellent MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge
Familiarity with office technology, copiers, e-calendars, etc
