Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to our restaurants recipes, quality standards, and presentation techniques.
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation and safety regulations.
Manage food inventory and kitchen supplies, ensuring that stock is fresh and used efficiently.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front of house to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older
Available weekends
willingness to learn
ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
must have food handlers or obtain one in a reasonable time period
