DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery and
equipment used in construction, demolition, or other large-scale projects. This role
requires a skilled individual with the ability to safely and efficiently operate a variety of
heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders. The operator
must adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while ensuring the timely and accurate
completion of assigned tasks.
- 2-3 Years: Experience in Operations and Maintenance, with A Proven Record of Success.
- Valid Driver License /At least 18 years of age/Legally authorized to work in the United
States - High School Diploma or GED
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification or license as required by local, state, or
federal regulations. Must have and maintain a clean driving record & driver's license. Typical work hours may vary and may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overtime as required by project schedules. - Strong understanding of construction site protocols, safety regulations, and heavy
equipment operation techniques. - Proficiency in operating a variety of heavy equipment. Excellent hand-eye coordination,
mechanical skills, and attention to detail. - Safely operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and
backhoes to perform tasks including excavation, grading, lifting, and moving materials. - Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure safe and
proper functioning.
