Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in producing accurate estimates, construction management and project oversight, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate between various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, architects and clients.
Must have own transportation and tools as well as no criminal background.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and resource allocations for projects.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process, ensuring adherence to safety standards and building codes.
- Perform regular quality inspections and assessments of work completed by subcontractors to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee construction inspections to ensure that all work meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project management teams to develop schedules, track progress, and address any issues that arise during the construction phase.
- Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project updates, changes, and any challenges encountered.
Requirements
