Construction Manager Needed

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in producing accurate estimates, construction management and project oversight, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate between various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, architects and clients.

Must have own transportation and tools as well as no criminal background.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and resource allocations for projects.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process, ensuring adherence to safety standards and building codes.
• Perform regular quality inspections and assessments of work completed by subcontractors to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee construction inspections to ensure that all work meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project management teams to develop schedules, track progress, and address any issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project updates, changes, and any challenges encountered.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of construction processes and site operations.
• Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and tools.
• Solid knowledge of quality control practices in the construction industry.
• Experience in conducting quality inspections and managing compliance with safety regulations.
• Familiarity with electrical systems is a plus, enhancing the ability to manage diverse project requirements effectively.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• A background in construction site experience is essential for understanding the practical aspects of project execution. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
