Overview:
The Administrative Assistant performs various administrative and office support activities for the office. The position includes answering phones, making copies, word processing, and preparing submission packages.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and direct calls accordingly.
Receive and direct clients and/or visitors.
Responsible for document and plan reproduction, word processing, filing, and sending faxes.
Make plan sets.
Prepare and coordinate reports and engineering submission packages.
Maintain office files and documents.
Schedule meetings as required.
Handle daily distribution of external and internal mail. Ensure outbound mail is processed timely.
Performother duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Associates Degree and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2 years’ experience in an office environment/administrative role required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Well-organized and highly motivated.
Excellent written and oral communcation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Self-starter who can workindependently and with team members.
