What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with care, professionalism, and empathy.
- Provide top-tier customer service and support, assisting with billing inquiries, account updates, cancellations, and more.
- Schedule follow-up calls and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with customers, guiding them through product installation and resolving any challenges.
- Respond to inquiries related to alarm signals, accounts receivable, and follow-up procedures.
- Log customer interactions in Salesforce.com and maintain accurate records in vendor systems.
- Collaborate with the team to onboard and train new hires on workflows and processes.
- 3 years in a phone-based customer service or call center role
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, data entry, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and UPS Systems a plus
- Passion for providing support and peace of mind to seniors and individuals with medical needs
