What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Dynax America Corporation?
he Machine Operator is responsible for the operation of various automated manufacturing machines within the Segment Cell to ensure quantity and quality parts are being produced on schedule while following safety rules and procedures. Use of automated equipment using touch screens and schematics. Runs core plates through adhesive roll coating process. Applies facings from facing blanking die. Uses visual inspection to ensure quality of parts. Uses quality measuring equipment and manually shuffles parts. Other duties as assigned.
Responsible for machine setup, maintenance, contacting the team leader if maintenance needs to be called
Ability to read and accurately complete Production Shift Reports.
Must be able to navigate and understand Prod-X System, X-Planner, as well as other computer software systems.
Responsible for verifying and correcting production and downtime data entered in X-Planner and Prod-X System by production staff.
Overtime as required to meet customer demands.
Other duties as assigned.
