QUALITY SUPERVISOR - METAL FINISHING
Dynomax, Inc is a family owned company in Wheeling, IL that designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, sub-assemblies, and electrical components for the aerospace and defense industries. We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor for our Metal Finishing/Plating Department.
Job Responsibilities
The Quality Supervisor will supervise and mentor the Inspection staff and ensure department operations are in accordance with both internal and external quality requirements. Will support and ensure department quality procedures/work instructions are maintained and implemented accordingly.

Quality Supervisor Job Requirements:
- U.S Citizen
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong Quality background in a specification heavy environment
- Working knowledge of chemical processing methods and techniques
- Working knowledge of GD&T and an ability to read and interpret blueprints, routers, CAD files and work instructions
- Advanced computer proficiency and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to organize data and present it in a meaningful manner
Our ideal Quality Supervisor will also have experience in the following:
- Aerospace OEM specifications
- Epicor ERP System
- Quality system requirements as per Nadcap and/or AS9100
- Special processes, metal finishing, and plating experience
