E-Commerce Data Strategist

E-filliate, Inc., a mobile accessories manufacturer with over 37 years of experience, is looking for a full-time E-Commerce Data Strategist to help us better understand and grow our eCommerce business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interpreting data and wants to make a direct impact on how we operate across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Google Analytics. This is an in-person position; remote work is not available.

What You’ll Do:

· Interpret performance data across Shopify, Amazon, and Google Analytics to uncover actionable insights.

· Own and monitor KPIs, identifying trends and making strategic recommendations based on data.

· Use existing dashboards and reports to guide decisions on pricing, promotions, inventory, and marketing.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business goals.

· Prioritize actions based on what the data reveals, helping us grow smarter, not just faster.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience: 2 years in a data analysis or business intelligence role.

· eCommerce Knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify analytics, Amazon reporting tools, and Google Analytics.

· Tools: Advanced Excel skills and experience using dashboards in Power BI.

· Analytical Thinking: You enjoy solving problems and finding patterns in data.

· Communication: Able to explain your findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates.

· Mindset: “Here’s what we should do based on the data.”

Bonus Points

• Experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, or other e-commerce analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with SKU-level analysis, inventory forecasting, or campaign attribution.

• Understand Navigating Amazon Seller Central
