Paving Laborer Job Summary: A paving laborer performs tasks involving physical labor to include lutes black top, shovel material and performs traffic control operations. Assists other workers as required in various operations.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Seals asphalt joints
- Operates street cut saw
- Lutes blacktop
- Operates medium sized equipment (Skid Steer, Screed, Small Roller)
- Wears all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Complies with all company and OSHA mandated safety and health guidelines
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Education/Training:
Willing to train the right person with good work ethic. Asphalt paving labor experience a plus.
