Locations Hiring:
· South Plainfield, NJ
Position: Scheduling Coordinator
Qualifications:
∙ A minimum of 6
months experience working in a home healthcare, staffing or recruiting setting
∙ Ability to work
independently in a fast-paced environment
∙ Fluent in Spanish is
preferred
∙ Proficiency on
working with Microsoft office products (i.e. excel, email, word, PowerPoint)
∙ Must be willing to
make high volume outbound calls and answer high volume inbound calls
Job
Description:
∙ Collaborate with Team members to ensure client quality of care
∙ Staff all open schedules for client care
∙ Coordinate care services and scheduling with clients, Case
managers and CHHA employees
∙ Attend daily morning meetings
∙ Ensure good quality day-to-day operations
∙ Monitor that client care services are provided per the assigned
schedules
∙ Oversee client authorization for services are in place and current
∙ Recruit and complete on boarding process for new employees
∙ Complete day-to-day office filing and tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour
