Basic Function: Provide excellent customer service by meeting order deadlines and stocking shelf at reasonable time.

- Ability to answer phone correctly in a friendly manner.
- Takes phone orders or walk in orders and fill or place in proper place for later date.
- Maintains excellent personal hygiene habits.
- Follows all safety and security procedures.
- Keeps all work areas clean and neat.
- Stocks products and supplies.
- Takes out garbage.
- Sweeps & mops floors daily at the end of every shift.
- Opens or closes department without supervision.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by manager.

Work Environment:
- Must be clean and neat in appearance, clothes and shoes clean, hands, nails and hair well kept. Job requires standing for most of the entire work period, must also be able to lift up to 30 pounds, stoop and walk. Must be able to with stand both hot and cold temperatures, possibly working around the ovens and cooking area as well as in the freezers and walk in coolers.
