The Management Training Program is a top-tier, proven leadership development program designed for recent and upcoming college graduates to immerse you in the business and develop the next generation of leaders for a thriving, nationwide leading Electrical Solutions & Engineering Consulting organization with over 750 locations across the country. Through hands-on rotations, mentorship, and structured learning, you’ll gain a 360° view of the business and be ready to step into an internal leadership role immediately upon completion of the two-year program.
What You’ll Experience
- Rotations across core functions such as Operations, Project Management, Logistics, Inventory Control, Sales, Warehouse & Business Operations, Business Management, Purchasing, and more.
- Mentorship sessions with experienced leaders who will guide your growth
- Travel to training sessions across the country for broader exposure
- Structured coursework in electrical systems, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0 methodologies, sales, and management to build a strong leadership foundation
