We are seeking 1 energetic and experienced after-school instructor to join our team! If you are looking for rewarding, fun part time work that helps students catch up and develop a love of learning, read on! Eager Enrichment provides you with all the supplies, training, and curriculum to help you create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, loves working with top-of-the-line art mediums like Prismacolor, Faber-Castell & Sculpey Clay, plus has a passion for children!
This is part time, afternoon work. Classes run at the elementary school, after school, for one hour, once a day. If you are looking for more than 3 hours a week, this job is not for you. Classes start in early January and run through May, with school holidays like Presidents Day and Spring Break off. We're high profile, top quality, and prefer folks working on/ with a college degree, 1-2 years' experience working with children, and a love of art! Want to become a teacher in a school? We have helped place 19 staff into full time teaching positions!
Classes are limited to 18 students for more one on one art development!
Locations & Times
Our Lewis Center & Dublin Position:
- Lewis Center: Monday and Wednesday 3:20pm- 4:35pm
- Dublin: Tuesday 3:30pm-4:45pm
Qualifications:
- Previous experience teaching is preferred, but not required
- Understanding of child development principles in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing to do a background check, at our expense
