Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager who will be a key leader responsible for overseeing and managing manufacturing projects from initiation to completion. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the successful candidate will play a crucial position that requires a strategic and organized project manager with a background role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in adherence to quality standards. This is in manufacturing, preferably within the technology or security industry

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables
• Execute projects according to the defined plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless project execution
• Facilitate communication and coordination among team members.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines
• Work with department heads to secure necessary resources and support
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with manufacturing projects
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to define and implement quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately
• Monitor project expenses and provide regular budget updates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the manufacturing projects
• Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and components for project requirements

Experience

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Project Manager, preferably in the technology or security industry
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control measures
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
