Job Summary:
The Leadership Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing leadership development programs, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring the success of our youth participants.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leadership development programs that meet the needs of our youth participants
- Recruit and train staff to ensure their success
- Coordinate and lead staff training sessions
- Assist with discipline policy and behavioral management
- Assist with training and development of Eagle Village Staff in Experiential and Wilderness-based programs
- Serve as part of the Camp and Retreat Center leadership team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of leadership development and training experience
- Training or experience with population served and wilderness programming
- Knowledge of camp licensing requirements
