What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Eagle Vision One?
Looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our Optometry Practice. We are a private practice with two locations (Eagle and Meridian). No experience is required but always a bonus. Our purpose is to provide Legendary Service to every patient.
Looking for a candidate that is great at customer service, computer skills, organization, time management, critical thinking, and ability to multitask. Our benefits package adds increased value to the position. Potential positions include Administrative Assistants, Technicians, and Opticians.
Starting wage begins at $17/hr
*Only full time positions available at this time (40hrs/week M-F)
Job duties would include:
- Direct care with patients according to your assigned role
- Scheduling
- Multiline phone system as well as online portals for patient communication
- Working with and understanding of medical and vison insurance
- Working with records, referrals, and faxes
- Medical triaging
- Inventory
- Team tasks
- Handling glasses and contact lenses
- Patient orders
