What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Eagles Enterprise?
As a Eagles Assistant Manager, ensuring a great customer experience is the number one priority. Our Assistant Managers are required to do the following:
- Serve as a role model in performing the CSA requirements.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing work using shift assignment sheets, restroom checklists and other tools provided by the company.
- Work shifts opposite of the Store Manager.
- Learn and ensure execution of all company programs including appearance, cleanliness, merchandising, promotions, mystery shop and restricted sales.
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees in the absence of the store manager to ensure an efficient operation and exceptional shopping experience for all customers
- Perform all accounting and control functions in absence of the Store Manager.
