HVAC Lead Installer- $3k Sign-on Bonus
Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for driven and motivated Mechanics to join our growing Install team! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a team that is looking to grow and succeed. This position comes with a take home company vehicle, and company phone!
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in installation and change outs of AC units for residential work as well as light commercial work
- Display professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Maintain a well-stocked & inventoried truck
- Participate actively in all training exercises and meetings
Qualifications:
- Must display honesty, integrity and transparency
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Knowledge of HVAC and experience Installing HVAC units
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Hours and working conditions:
- This position requires work Monday-Friday or Tuesday- Saturday or Sunday-Thursday depending on the shift
- Hours and days may vary based upon business demand
- This position is FT, non-exempt
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
