What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher position at Early Learning Childcare on Dixie?
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our team!
You will be expected to perform in every classroom ranging from 6 weeks - 5 years old. You will be expected to following the classrooms daily schedule and curriculum. We are looking for someone who is positive and have a love for children.
As a Teacher you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a nurturing and educational environment.
Duties:
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for children to learn and play
- Provide individualized attention and support to students based on their unique needs --Helping them with washing hands, get into a daily routine, changing diapers, cleaning, and building a relationship with them
- Work with infants to age 5
- Fill in for teachers who are absent
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment
Requirements
- 3 years of experience working in childcare
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Available to work full time Monday-Friday
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability and want to follow all childcare state regulations and rules

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
