Easlan Management is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as an Assistant Property Manager for Shadow Creek in Anderson, SC .
Position Summary
The Assistant Property Manager will report directly to the Property Manager and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. This positions’ primary responsibilities will include leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service to residents, participating in marketing efforts, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Essential Functions
The Assistant Property Manager’s core responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Manage the sales process, from presenting apartments to closing leases.
- Provide excellent customer service to current residents and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Complete leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives to attract new residents.
- Assist with administrative tasks and property management duties as needed.
