- Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduate of a recognized program of instruction on building maintenance.
- Related military specialty will be considered.
Minimum Experience- One-year experience as a maintenance mechanic in a commercial setting required.
- Knowledge of basic electricity and plumbing required.
Required Registration/License/Certification- None
Preferred Education- Completion of 2-year technical school in a maintenance field.
Preferred Experience- One-year experience as a mechanic in a health care environment.
