East Bay Deli in Charleston, SC is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team! The Restaurant Assistant Manager must be a hands-on manager, working side by side with the team daily. The Assistant Manager will help strengthen teamwork and customer service, which creates an amazing visit for every guest. The food and beverage team will be setting the industry standard. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and ambitious, hard worker.

The General Manager position’s core responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional service to guests, vendors, suppliers, and team members
- Hiring and managing a cohesive team of 15-30 people
- Maintaining a clean and organized storefront and kitchen
- Cohere to all East Bay Deli’s best practices for food safety and sanitation
- Coaching, developing, and continuing education for all team members.
- Running a financially healthy restaurant through budgeting, ordering, inventory control, and scheduling

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years Restaurant Management
- Ability to direct and coordinate the organization's goals and objectives
- Must be able to lift to 30 lbs.
