Job Summary
The Hair Stylist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. Our stylists are the face of East & Co Salon and are the first impression of our company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hair and beauty, have a strong desire to learn, and be able to demonstrate a positive, positive attitude in the team environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients with a positive attitude and prompt service
- Provide exceptional client service while maintaining a professional appearance
- Assist clients with styling techniques and product selection based on each person’s hair goals and needs
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable for clients
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, bookkeeping, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions/conversations/annual reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or leadership
- Maintain regular contact with colleagues to ensure that we are operating at peak efficiency and that all aspects of the business are running smoothly
Qualifications:
·High school diploma or equivalent
Cosmetology license
