Physical Therapy Technician
Physical Therapy Technician - Full time

- Managing phone system
- Greeting all patients
- Scheduling new patients
- Maintain referral log
- Obtaining accurate patient insurance benefits
- Utilizing online scheduler and medical records
- Collect and process over the counter payments
- Consistent processing of clinical charts throughout working hours
- Maintain consistent patient scheduling as directed by PT / PTAs
- Preparation of treatment room/areas
- Modalities including application of ultrasound, phonophoresis and electrical stimulation under PT supervision
- Assisting patients through prescribed exercise and strengthening techniques
- Assist with management of Maintenance Program and take all Maintenance patients through MedX training
- Cleaning/sterilization of equipment and treatment areas
- General housekeeping
- Washing/folding/stocking of all linens
- Monitor supply inventory
Qualifications and Skills
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
