Kindergarten Teacher Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in a variety of learning activities that promote early childhood development.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
• Assess student progress through observation and formal assessments, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the diverse needs of students, including those with special education requirements.
• Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and community outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
• Provide care and supervision during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with students in a classroom or daycare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
• Proven classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a structured learning environment.
• Experience with behavior management strategies to support diverse learners.
• Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for teaching young children and supporting their growth.
