The Loan Monitoring Specialist position in Senior Credit Supervision is to assist the Portfolio Risk Manager to perform various ongoing portfolio monitoring and oversight, such as coordinating and conducting various portfolio reviews and monitoring for loan compliance/performance.
Responsibilities
- Calculate borrowing bases and authorize advance requests on assigned formula-based lending (FBL) portfolio
- Coordinate attendance, compile meeting materials, prepare agenda items, host meeting, and take minutes for various portfolio review, committee meetings, and team meetings
- Facilitate and Monitor Commercial Lending Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines
- Administer internally built risk management applications, such as CRM/CCR.
- Coordinate monitoring of centralized termsheets mailboxes
- Regulate the administration, communication, and recordkeeping for Credit Ops Collaboration Meetings and Credit Risk Management Committee (CRMC) meetings
- Coordinate and ensure completion of all follow up action items
- Managing ongoing portfolio monitoring and oversight, such as monitoring maturity and delinquency reports, Financial Reporting and Covenant Exceptions (FRCE) Report, etc.
- Other job functions as assigned by Manager (duties that occur infrequently or on an inconsistent basis but are still important, e.g. projects related to data accuracy and accurate compliance requirements and/or projects related to portfolio risk management)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Experience in credit underwriting / credit analysis preferred

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $19.00/Hr. - USD $22.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Salary : $19 - $22
