Overview
East West Bank is currently seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Banking team.
Responsibilities
Underwriting
- Performs risk rating on new and existing loans--Analyze financial statements addressing industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring, pricing and credit analysis for recommendation to manager on lending decisions
- Make recommendation on structure of credit for approval
Credit monitoring
- Develop solutions for problem loan credit
- Responsible for credit risk and quality of portfolio
Portfolio Management
- Perform maintenance on portfolio of loans
- Maintain & expand client relationship
- Manage loan renewal process
Business Development
- Participate in community and business functions
- Develop other deposits services relationship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and directly related experience
- 2 years of banking experienc
- Has strong understanding of credit policy and procedures and is able to accurately risk-rate loans/credits, evaluates both cash-flow and collateral-based loans/credits
- Develop problem loan credit solutions
- Has strong knowledge base in Treasury, FX and Derivative products and have demonstrated abilities in coordinating the resources of the bank to bring effective full service solutions to the company
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $65,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Salary : $65,000
