Prepare various banking regulatory reports, including the quarterly Call and FRY Report schedules; Perform analysis for monthly and quarterly financial statements; Prepare/review monthly general ledger account reconciliations and prepare journal entries as needed; Participate in the month end close process; Analyze draft/newly released regulations and accounting pronouncements to assess reporting impact, as well as collaborate with reporting, treasury and operations departments to create a transition approach that will enable the bank to effectively meet new reporting requirements; Prepare financial statements and various schedules used for preparation of quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K filings; Support the accounting team in the delivery of the operational agenda in the areas of investments (including investment securities available-for-sale and investments in real estate and affordable housing projects), junior subordinated debt, and borrowings; Prepare various schedules for internal reporting requirements including the monthly Board package; Prepare and review various schedules and reports for internal users and external auditors, and assist in the audit of financial statements and related footnotes; Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects as needed; Work on various automation, implementation and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in accounting or related with three years of experience as Accounting Analysis & Reporting Analyst or Asset Accountant or related or equivalent for having a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related with five years of experience as Accounting Analysis & Reporting Analyst or Asset Accountant or related.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $107,000.00/Yr. - USD $110,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Salary : $107,000 - $110,000
