As a member of our Valet/Bell team, you’ll be the first point of contact, building lasting relationships while enjoying the perks of a dynamic work environment. With flexible schedules perfect for ski season and the opportunity to earn up to $30/hour with tips, this role is ideal for those who thrive in an active, guest-focused setting. Duties Include:
- Provide a warm welcome, assisting guests with luggage and valet services for smooth arrivals.
- Offer engaging introductions to the Residence Club and guide guests to their accommodations while fostering strong relationships with owners.
- Drive shuttles to Vail’s top destinations, including restaurants, trails, and ski lifts, and assist with special experiences like setting up fires for s’mores.
- Manage long-term storage and shipping requests with professionalism and care.
- Handle calls and emails promptly, delivering personalized service and meticulous attention to detail to elevate the guest experience.

Schedule: We offer everyone a mixed schedule, flexibility is necessary: 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm
Pay Rate: $15.00/ hour plus tips (with gratuities, our Bell team has been known to earn at least $30/hour; you earn based on how hard you work!)

The ideal candidate brings a high school diploma or GED, coupled with two years of hospitality experience, or an equivalent mix of education and training. With a strong foundation in hospitality principles and practices, they're also tech-savvy, proficient in software applications like Microsoft Office Suite, Opera PMS, and Alice. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, alongside a keen command of written English for polished emails and texts. A knack for engaging with diverse individuals, whether over the phone, via email, or in person, is essential. Familiarity with area events and club amenities is a big plus, and candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds to assist guests as needed.
