Spa Anjali at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality, is searching for a Spa Concierge who will be the heartbeat of our spa and boutique operations. Delivering exceptional service, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, luxury experience while supporting a positive and energizing workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold spa standards by managing cleanliness, opening/closing procedures, and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Provide outstanding guest service by booking appointments, assisting with retail selections, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Merchandise, stock, and upsell boutique products while meeting retail goals and ensuring accurate POS transactions.
- Support spa operations by monitoring cleanliness, reporting service issues, and assisting other departments.
- Communicate effectively with management, complete daily checklists, and stay informed about treatment products and updates.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Part Time Year Round
Pay Rate: $20 / hour retail commission
Schedule: Must be able to work weekends and some holidays

We’re looking for dynamic candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, who bring more than just the basics-they should excel in interpersonal communication and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. Successful candidates will showcase top-notch organizational skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess the ability to think on their feet to solve problems quickly and efficiently. While retail experience is a plus, intermediate computer skills, proficiency in English (spoken and written), POS experience, and strong mathematical reasoning are must-haves to shine in this role.
