We are currently looking for a Dietary Aide to join our team and help create a dining experience that nurtures both body and soul.

As a Dishwasher, you'll be responsible for keeping our kitchen and dining areas clean and organized. Our in-house restaurant, The Gillman, serves our independent living residents, while we also have 4 satellite kitchens that help serve meals to our nursing residents in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, and Skilled Rehab. Your typically day to day responsibilities will include tasks like washing dishes and cooking equipment, maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, properly dispose of garbage and waste, assist with pushing food tray carts to satellite kitchens and model the organization’s values. As a member of the Hospitality department, you will work with Dishwasher, Cooks, Dietary Aides, Dietary Aide Manager, Servers, Front of House Manager and report to our Executive Chef and Director of Hospitality.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain the cleanliness of designated kitchen areas and equipment
• Remove and disposal of garbage, waste, and boxes
• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, flatware, and small wares
• Assist in the organization of clean dishes and kitchen equipment, ensuring items are properly stored and ready for use
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure that there are always clean dishes and utensils available for food preparation and meal service
• Monitor and log temperature and sanitizer concentrations of dish machine and 3 compartment sink
• Responsible for sweeping and mopping floors and other assigned cleaning tasks
• Attain proficiency and ability to fill in for dietary aide as needed
• Help stock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies as needed
Completes all QA and shift closing checklists as desired
