Salary : $15.50/ hour | Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with rotating weekend (Saturday & Sunday) every eight weeks

We are currently looking for a Laundry Aide to join our team and help create a dining experience that nurtures both body and soul.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility by ensuring resident rooms, common areas, and staff spaces are kept in pristine condition. Your role will help create a welcoming, sanitary, and comfortable environment for everyone in the facility. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, reliable, and hardworking nature, with strong attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with the team are key to success in this role.

What You Will Do:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean environment.
• Change bedding, make beds, and replace towels as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in staff areas and public spaces within the facility.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and according to facility guidelines.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed.
• Report maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and infection control protocols.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a high level of resident satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and infection control measures.
