Responsibilities:
- Consistently report for scheduled shifts, demonstrating reliability and punctuality
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends
- Operate electronic cash registers and handle transactions efficiently
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all patrons
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously
- Assist in pricing, tagging, and sorting merchandise according to guidelines
- Maintain store stock and assist with inventory management
- Ensure store security and report any issues to the Store Manager
- Keep the store clean and organized, including janitorial duties
- Adhere to safety procedures and report any incidents promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Proficiency in basic math operations
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions
- Capacity to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of First Aid and Safety protocols
