Salary: $24.13/hr $0.35/hr shift differential
Responsible to: Director of Buildings & Grounds
Position Purpose: The night lead custodian coordinates the service for all user groups, the cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain assigned buildings and related facilities; and perform related work as required.
Major Job Functions/Specific Tasks: See Attachment.
Education/Certification Requirements:
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 2:00pm - 10:30 pm
Salary: $24.13/hr $0.35/hr shift differential

In addition, the pay includes an additional $0.10/hr for each level of boilers license when licenses are obtained. Eligibile for benefits as negotiated with Union Local 70 and District 112 plus enrollment in Minnesota's largest retirement pension! This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
