Client Relationship Management:
· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, service tickets promptly and professionally.
· Support Client Services Coordinators with client engagement events.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues and concerns.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and feedback.
· Providing feedback to management regarding customer concerns and suggestions.
· Contribute to strategies that maintain high customer satisfaction.
Project Coordination:
· Assist with the execution of IT projects, ensuring all milestones are met within established timelines.
· Assist Client Services Coordinators with project updates, timelines, and clientcommunication, providing a clear understanding of project progress.
· Identify and address potential project roadblocks, working proactively to keep projects on track.
· Monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
· Work with 3rd party vendors to coordinate project estimates, implementation, invoicing.
Sales and Project Proposals:
· Assist Client Services Coordinators in collaboration with the sales and technical team to create comprehensive sales and project proposals that align with client needs.
· Update proposals as necessary to reflect appropriate addendums and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Agreement Renewals:
· Assist Client Services Coordinators with administrative needs in generating agreement renewals for clients prior to the expiration of current agreements.
· Ensure timely and accurate documentation of agreement terms and client expectations.
Onboarding and Training:
· Assist Client Services Coordinators in facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective implementation of our services.
· Assist with training and support for clients on utilizing our IT solutions, ensuring they maximize the value of our services.
· Assist Client Services Coordinators with coordination and hosting of client onboarding event at client site.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including project details, communication history, and service agreements.
· Assist with data entry, generating regular reports on client satisfaction, project status, and key performance indicators.
